COMPONENT INTRODUCTION

1. Solid waste disposal device 

Innovative design and application of screw conveyor debris separator realizes the purpose of efficient and automatic separation and collection of debris, eliminates the labor of manual cleaning, and is clean and environmentally friendly.

2. First-stage Sludge discharge device

The specially designed sludge bucket is designed to match the volume of the trash can. The sludge can be emptied to the sludge bucket below at one time, making it easier to discharge the sludge and to transport the bucket.

3. Second-stage sludge discharge device

In order to avoid the untimely discharge of first-stage sludge causing the sludge to enter the  oil-water separation zone, a three-stage cone-shaped sludge collection and discharge device is specially set up; therefore, the safety hazards of the equipment are eliminated, and the safe and trouble-free operation time is guaranteed.

4. Oil-water separation device

The corridor-like hydraulic model structure is three times longer than the traditional equipment. The main flow channel will not be formed regardless of the peak or low peak of the drainage, the oil-water retention time and flow rate are stable, and the it is equipped with an automatic constant temperature device, all make the effect best.

5. Automatic sewage discharge device 

The separated sewage flows into the sewage lifting box. When the sewage in the tank rises to a high level, the water pump automatically starts to drain;There are two alternatively pump,one working ,another stand by. The pumps could be install inside or outside the tank as actural condition.

SCOPE OF APPLICATION

The TJGT6 series of automatic oil-water separation and lifting intelligent equipment is widely used in the lifting and discharging of catering wastewater after pre-treatment in various underground catering areas, and the treatment of other catering wastewater that cannot flow to the above-ground grease pool and needs to be lifted.

And the quality of raw water must meet the following conditions:  

 

1. The density of animal and vegetable oils contained in catering wastewater is 0.9g/cm3~0.95g/cm3;

2. Oil content ≤300mg/L;

3. SS concentration ≤285mg/L;

4.The temperature is ≥5 ℃

The oil content of the catering wastewater treated by the machine meets the national standard 100mg/L, and the SS concentration is ≤120mg/L.

1. How to ensure the effect of oil-water separation?

 

TJGT6 automatic grease trap adopts a hierarchical oil-water separation process upgraded on the basis of the six-stage oil-water separation process of the third-generation T3 series , which effectively removes 80% of the oil slick and 15% emulsified oil, the oil content of the effluent is less than 100mg/L, which meets the national standard.  

 

2. Where does the water come from?

 

Where did it go out? Is it easy to install? TJGT6 Series automatic grease trap is intelligent product specifically for the treatment of underground catering wastewater. It is only needs to be connected to the water inlet and outlet of the equipment, and it can operate stably after powering on. Very convenient!  

 

3. How to control the generate and spread of peculiar smell?

 

The root cause of the stench is that the food waste is not cleaned up in time, and after entering the oil-water separation chamber, it will be fermented for a long time, and then fatty acids will be produced to cause the stench. TJGT6 , through the three-stage treatment in the front stage, removes the odor, coupled with sealing and ventilation measures, to create a non-odor, environmentally friendly, and reliable conscientious product.  

 

4. How to discharge grease?

 

TJGT6 has changed the traditional three-grid oil separator’s shortcomings that manual salvage is required. The automatic oil discharging mechanism discharges to a dedicated airtight drum for centralized transportation, basically no manual salvage of floating oil and emulsified oil is required, with low operating cost and high efficiency. The equipment comes with a constant temperature electric heating device, which avoids the shortcomings of solidification and smooth discharge of animal fat; the equipment also has a manual oil drain device.  

 

5. How does the control system work?

 

TJGT6 adopts PCU single-chip control, and the operating status is displayed in English. The highlight is the process joint control: that is, automatically start the slag removal according to the processing requirements when there is a processing demand The operation of the engine, oil discharge device, heating device, and drainage device will not cause waste of power resources. The system adopts a magnetic liquid level detection device, and has the functions of multi-point monitoring, automatic alarm, overload and short circuit protection, remote signal transmission (BA interface), and water pump shortage protection.
